Certain refund requests for subscriptions may be considered by FarmDish, LLC on a case-by-case basis and granted in sole discretion of FarmDish, LLC.
If you are not satisfied with a meal for any reason, please contact our customer service team at firstname.lastname@example.org. You must report your issues within 7 days of the meal being delivered. Depending on the circumstances, we may provide you a full or partial credit or refund of the purchase price for that delivery. FarmDish may require the return or photo documentation of the meal(s) that you are not satisfied with before we make a credit or refund.
